Newearth has constructed all eight stages of the Wallan Business Park in partnership with Crystal Group. As part of the works, Newearth has undertaken significant controlled filling of the site as well as the construction of heavy duty pavements and concrete works for the commercial precinct. Newearth has constructed all access to the site which included significant upgrades to the Wallan-Whittlesea Road which was undertaken under the supervision of the Department of Transport and Planning. All services to the site including sewer, water, electrical and NBN have been installed by Newearth which now sees this as the thriving employment precinct in Wallan.
