Newearth delivered Stages 1 – 11 of Springridge Estate. Situated on the Northern boundary of Wallan and delivered over several years, the works included significant earthworks as a result of the steep terrain, several kilometres of large retaining walls and the construction of two significant dams and wetlands. The works included two major creek crossing structures and significant deep sewer and drainage works through hard rock as well as construction of a full signalised and lit intersection with the Northern Highway to create the main entrance to the precinct.
