Newearth delivered the significant bulk earthworks, drainage, wetland system and retaining walls for the Romsey Aged Care facility. On behalf of the developer, we also undertook a full reconstruction of the local Council Road that abuts the development, constructed a concrete footpath from the centre of Romsey to connect the site and brought all sewer, water and electrical infrastructure to the site.
When the building was nearing completion, Newearth remobilised to site to construct the car parks including all pavement, kerb and channel, asphalting, linemarking and street furniture. Through Newearth’s meticulous planning and outstanding communication, this work was delivered collaboratively with the builder and all trades while they still accessed the site to finish their works.
