Newearth completed this large residential subdivision on the southern boundary of the Lancefield township. Delivered over six stages, Newearth constructed all civil works including a major retention basin, a large drainage outfall pipeline and a community park. As part of the works Newearth also undertook the construction of existing local roads with the works delivered under live traffic conditions.
