Newearth delivered all seven stages of Alexander Park on behalf of Marlex Properties. The project included significant arterial road infrastructure as well as shared paths. The staged works required careful planning and management to ensure minimal disruption and impact on abutting residents. The works also required close collaboration and liaison with abutting developers to ensure the works were delivered in an efficient manner that was sensitive to the impact on residents.
